Up to 85% LTV and 100% Rehab Funds

Buy & Hold
Up to 90% of Purchase and 100% of Rehab Funds, generally terms 30-year amortized with 5-year balloon, rates 6.25% - 9.50%, subject to review

Land and New Construction
Up to 75% of land value and 75% for New Construction, up to $20MM, rates starting at 10.99%, terms 12 months to 24 months, with leverage based on documented experience in the past four years
